Terms of Service & Privacy
Contract. By accessing or using any Infa product, website, or API (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service and 18+ to enter into paid features or franchise agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
2) Listings, Content & License
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Inva a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, translate, index, distribute, and display your content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service, including multi-language promotion and Life Logic search. You represent you have all rights necessary for any content you provide and that your listings comply with applicable law.
3) Payments & Fees
Some features may be paid on a subscription or transaction basis. Prices are shown before purchase and may change prospectively. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by integrated providers (e.g., card, QR, USDT). Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
4) Acceptable Use
- No illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.
- No spam, scraping without permission, or circumvention of technical measures.
- No posting personal data of others without consent.
- No attempts to reverse engineer or misuse APIs beyond documented limits.
5) Intellectual Property; DMCA
Infa and associated marks, UI, and code are owned by us or our licensors. We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices. For takedown requests, email legal@infa.live with your contact, work identified, alleged infringement URL, and a sworn statement under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).
6) Warranties & Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that results will meet your requirements.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inva and its affiliates will not be liable for lost profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid to Inva for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
8) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infa and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms or law.
9) Governing Law; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its Streamlined Rules. You waive the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing legal@infa.live with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”.
10) Changes; Suspension; Termination
We may modify these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version and updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the Service (or your access) for suspected violations, legal risk, or operational reasons.

Overview. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We focus on **minimal data** necessary to run secure sessions, language/localization features, payments, and high-intent search.
- Account: email address (primary identifier), password hash or token, locale.
- Usage: IP, device info, logs, diagnostics, page routes, clicks (aggregated).
- Content: listings, messages, media you upload.
- Payments: last4, tokenized IDs, status (handled via compliant processors; we do not store full card details).
- Location: coarse location or coordinates if you allow, used for distance and local search.
- Cookies/Identifiers: session and security cookies, CSRF tokens.
- Operate and secure the Service; prevent fraud/abuse.
- Localize search and promotions; multi-language rendering.
- Process transactions and provide receipts.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce Terms.
- Improve features via analytics (aggregated or de-identified where feasible).
We share data with: (i) processors providing infrastructure, storage, analytics, and payments; (ii) law enforcement when legally required; (iii) other users as needed to complete a listing or message you initiate. We do not sell personal information.
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it subject to legal holds.
We employ industry practices including encryption in transit, least-privilege access, audit logging, and regional redundancy. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and enable additional protections if offered.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell). California residents have additional rights under the CPRA, including the right to limit use of sensitive personal information and to receive notice of categories collected. Data may be processed across regions to deliver fast, local performance. When we transfer data, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be highlighted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
